Ill be posting as many pictures as ebay allows plus ill provide alink to additional pictures. This car was a renegade hybrids build. There areother conversions out there but the people at renegade hybrids have built somespectacular cars and this 914 is one of their builds. This porsche 914 overallis in great shape, far from stock but the car is solid front to back. The painton the car is very nice and shows extremely well. The 914 has some road rash upfrom on the spoiler and a few small chips around the car. The top also is painted the same as the car. Rarely do i use the top but its also in very good condition. The interior is invery nice shape. The drivers seat does have a separation on the side bolster butits small. Thecarpet , dash, side door panels gauges are all in nice shape. I have ordered acustom set of coco mats black and yellow weave , they have yet to arrive but gowith the car. The glass is all fine in the car. Now for the fun stuff. This is solid car with some upgrades that could make a good daily driver or a possible track car. The floor is solid, the hell hole is solid and the battery box has been moved to the trunk. The prior owner tried making this a "street racer" by removing as much weight as possible like the door panels, vent hoses, drivers seat etc. The prior owner said that the engine is a 2. 0 litre that has had work done to it but he did not have any specific receipts. The tires were new and he was fabricating the underdash to make it more appealing for an everyday driver. The tires are relatively new and the exhaust has been upgraded as well. This is a good car with good bones and will not need alot to get it running down the the road. It has acouple of small chips and there is a small bubble in the paint at the passengerside door opener. Also there is a crack in the paint on the rear deck lid about3" long. (hard to see) The under pan is very good but a aria under the frontspare tire well has been replaced. (please look at pictures closely) The body isstraight and shows well with its unripen marker and tail lights. The removabletarga top is in great condition and fixtures securing the top in the trunk havebeen replaced. Glass is very good and has been replaced at some time. Sidewindows roll up and down as they should. The car has the appearance package withcenter console gauges, recently replaced upholstery, though sun visors andheadliner are missing. A full seal kit has been installed along with vinylsails. Of note, the odometer is not working, however all other gauges functionproperly. Maybe about 5000 more miles are on the car's odometer that itshows. The engine has been converted to hydraulic lifters and the car has neverbeen appropriately tuned since the conversion. Spark plugs, wires, air filter,distributor cap, rotor, points, fuel filter and valve cover seals have beenreplaced in the last 12 months. In the past 6 year upgrades are, brake mastercylinder, rebuilt front brakes, replaced under car cooling ducting, installed apassenger foot-well subwoofer with amp in the front trunk, and installed newupgraded 100 lb. Veltmeister springs.
